• Solution involves accessing SAP PM module data on a PDA device thereby executing maintenance work order operations when maintenance officers are on the move .

Process Flow
· In a plant whenever there is a machine brake down or needs some
repair the Operator will create a Notification in SAP R/3.
· R/3 will send this notification details to Netweaver- XI.
· Netweaver – XI will update this notification details in winfoware’s
Mobile Infrastructure.
· From Winfoware’s MI using WLAN the message will go to respective
Supervisor’s PDA.
· Supervisor examines the problem, and allocates to Foremen.
· Foreman visit’s the Machine and checks, he will request for spares
if any required.
· Supervisor will allocate spares; this is integrated with SAP-MM module.
· Foremen fix the problem and report completion of work to Supervisor.
· Once Supervisor receives the Completion status from Foremen he
will updates the Status in SAP R/3.
· This notification history is maintained by supervisor for future Analytics.
